Job summary

A7 Recruitment Company seeks a senior Product Manager to own the B2B/B2B2C roadmap across Institutional, B2B2C, and Payments. You will align PM roadmaps to company OKRs and revenue targets, assess partner requests for platform impact, and drive scalable solutions across multiple partner ecosystems.

You will lead a team of PMs, collaborate with senior leadership, and own launch timelines for major initiatives while ensuring regulatory and security considerations across ventures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years in product management with fintech/crypto/trading/B2B enterprise exposure.
• Proficient in Problem Discovery, Road Mapping, User Story writing, Prioritizing, Data Analysis, and Funnel Optimization.
• Led product managers and hired/coached across multiple product lines.
• Experience managing enterprise/institutional or embedded-finance partners with Business Development involvement.
• Strong understanding of B2B models, unit economics and revenue streams; able to justify build-vs-buy.
• Experience under BSP regulations or similar regulatory environment.
• Clear verbal and written communicator for executives and external partners.
• Balances partner and end-user needs with business and regulatory constraints.
• Proficient in Agile; familiar with Scrum and Kanban.
• Familiar with Crypto/Web3 and TradFi ecosystems; keeps updated on trends.

Responsibilities

• Owns the B2B/B2B2C roadmap across Institutional, B2B2C, and Payments and links PM roadmaps to OKRs.
• Weighs partner requests against platform impact and economics.
• Decides which segments to prioritize and which products to scale or rework.
• Ensures reusable solutions across partners and defines ownership boundaries.
• Owns launch timelines for major initiatives and cross-team dependencies.
• Builds relationships with key partners; leads reviews and supports BD on deals.
• Oversees documentation, sandbox access, and onboarding for integrators.
• Directly manages B2B/B2B2C PMs; plans headcount with Head of Product.
• Coaches PMs on PRDs, vendor assessments, and risk/compliance discussions.
• Monitors API uptime, transaction success, settlement status, and partner metrics; uses data for decisions.
• Leads incident response and postmortems for group-wide improvements.
