Job summary

PDAX is expanding its Prime client coverage in a fast-paced fintech environment. The role focuses on acquiring and managing high-net-worth and institutional clients, delivering tailored financial solutions with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability within a disruptive market.

You will collaborate with Operations and other teams to ensure seamless onboarding, timely trades, and continuous portfolio growth while maintaining high standards of client service and integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance, business development, account management, and client servicing.
• Experience handling HNWIs and institutional clients is ideal.
• Strong financial literacy and comfort with investment concepts.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sales for HNWIs and corporations.
• Serve as primary contact for Prime clients with high-touch service.
• Collaborate with Operations and other departments for timely trades and onboarding.
• Facilitate high-volume OTC transactions and treasury liaison.
• Craft strategies to grow client base and expand PDAX products.
• Monitor client activity to identify upsell opportunities.
• Refine onboarding and servicing journeys to remove friction.
