Job summary

Ojeda Group of Companies, a Jollibee franchise, established in 2000, is seeking a Group Manager to be assigned in Manila. You will lead store teams, drive business performance, and oversee daily operations across our stores.

The ideal candidate has a degree or relevant experience in retail/business management, strong leadership and analytical skills, and a passion for customer service. Previous GM or RM experience with JFC is an advantage, and you will train, develop, and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• A degree or relevant experience in retail/business management.
• Former GM or RM of JFC, is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for solving problems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales targets, improves store sales performance, ensures profitability and cost efficiency of stores.
• Ensures customer satisfaction and compliance with FSC standards.
• Sources and recommends qualified management candidates, ensures proper training and development of store teams.
• Monitors Store Manager performance and sets objectives, reviews and monitors employee disciplinary actions.
• Ensures stores follow company policies and government requirements.
• Oversees overall store operations and performance.
