Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in supervisory or management roles.
• Prior experience with Jollibee or similar quick-service restaurant is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and effective communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
