Job summary

AXA Philippines is seeking a skilled Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of Group Life Insurance accounts, including Essentials and MBTC campaigns. The role covers EB documentation, new business requirements screening, EDD screening, underwriting administration, billing, and policy contract handling.

The candidate will manage billing reconciliation, initial billing release, and coordination of new business installation.

Qualifications

Excellent communication, customer service, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience in insurance systems or portals an advantage.
Must be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee assigned in-force Group Life Insurance accounts, including Essentials, MBTC campaigns, major broker, and complex/jumbo accounts.
Maintain and oversee documentation for Employee Benefits accounts with accuracy and proper record keeping.
Screen and monitor new business requirements for policy installation readiness.
Perform World-Check screening as part of Enhanced Due Diligence requirements and ensure compliance.
Perform manual screening of underwriting applications and manage billing transactions for new business and assigned accounts.
Coordinate and process underwriting transactions requiring special handling and timely stakeholder coordination.
Conduct client meetings for billing reconciliation and resolve billing discrepancies.
