Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in employee benefits, group health, or life insurance account management.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end insurance servicing, including policy administration and claims processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Oversee quotation, proposal preparation, actuarial and underwriting coordination, policy issuance, billing, and claims facilitation.
• Recommend and customize employee-benefit or health-related insurance solutions to meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor policy expirations, prepare renewal terms, and lead negotiations to maintain strong retention rates.
• Coordinate with actuarial, underwriting, claims, and finance teams to resolve inquiries and deliver timely solutions.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory updates to provide expert guidance to clients.
