AXA Philippines is seeking a skilled Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of Group Life Insurance accounts, including Essentials and MBTC campaigns. The role covers EB documentation, new business requirements screening, EDD screening, underwriting administration, billing, and policy contract handling.

The candidate will manage billing reconciliation, initial billing release, and coordination of new business installation.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, customer service, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience in insurance systems or portals an advantage.
  • Must be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee assigned in-force Group Life Insurance accounts, including Essentials, MBTC campaigns, major broker, and complex/jumbo accounts.
  • Maintain and oversee documentation for Employee Benefits accounts with accuracy and proper record keeping.
  • Screen and monitor new business requirements for policy installation readiness.
  • Perform World-Check screening as part of Enhanced Due Diligence requirements and ensure compliance.
  • Perform manual screening of underwriting applications and manage billing transactions for new business and assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate and process underwriting transactions requiring special handling and timely stakeholder coordination.
  • Conduct client meetings for billing reconciliation and resolve billing discrepancies.

Manages the assigned portfolio of Group Life Insurance accounts, including Essentials, MBTC campaigns, major broker, and complex/jumbo accounts. Oversees Employee Benefits (EB) account documentation, new business requirements screening, Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) screening, underwriting transactions for special-handling accounts, billing and policy contract administration, AMLA requirements monitoring, and client reporting.

Duties & Responsibilities
Account Management
  • Manage and oversee assigned in-force Group Life Insurance accounts, including Essentials, MBTC campaigns, major broker, and complex/jumbo accounts.
EB Documentation
  • Maintain and oversee documentation requirements for all Employee Benefits accounts, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and proper record keeping.
New Business Requirements
  • Screen and monitor new business requirements to ensure completeness and readiness for policy installation.
EDD / World-Check Screening
  • Perform World-Check screening as part of Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) requirements and ensure applicable compliance requirements are addressed.
Underwriting Administration
  • Perform manual screening of individual underwriting applications for immediate processing and manage billing transactions for new business and assigned accounts (Selected Accounts).
Special-Handling UW Transactions
  • Coordinate and process underwriting transactions requiring special handling, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate stakeholder coordination.
Billing Reconciliation
  • Conduct client meetings for billing reconciliation through various communication channels and coordinate resolution of billing discrepancies.
New Business Installation
  • Monitor incomplete minimum requirements for new business installation and coordinate completion prior to installation.
Initial Billing
  • Coordinate and release initial billing for newly installed accounts in accordance with established procedures and service timelines.
BPO Administration
  • Prepare and coordinate BPO requirements for new Group Accounts to support accurate and timely processing.
New Business Billing
  • Coordinate new business installation and billing activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Billing Release
  • Print, review, and release billing documents for delivery in accordance with established billing procedures.
Policy Contract Preparation
  • Prepare Group Policy Contracts for new business and renewal accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of required documentation.
Policy Contract Release
  • Print and release Group Policy Contracts for delivery upon completion of required processing and approvals.
AMLA Compliance
  • Monitor and follow up on AMLA requirements to ensure timely submission and compliance with applicable procedures.
Client Reporting
  • Ensure compliance with clients' monthly reporting requirements and agreed service commitments.
Queries & Reconciliation
  • Handle client and stakeholder queries and reconciliation concerns through Jabber, Viber, and other approved communication channels.
Mailbox Management
  • Manage three Outlook mailboxes, ensuring timely monitoring, proper routing, follow-up, and resolution of account-related requests.
Process Compliance
  • Ensure account administration, underwriting, billing, documentation, and compliance activities are completed accurately and in accordance with company policies and established service standards.
Required Skills

Education & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of group insurance administration, billing, renewals, and underwriting requirements.
