Job summary

AXA Group is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of Group Life Insurance accounts, including essentials and jumbo brokers. You will ensure EB documentation, new business screening, and underwriting administration are complete and compliant, coordinating billing and client reporting for diverse accounts.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, customer service, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience in insurance systems or portals an advantage.
• Must be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with 2–3 years of experience in insurance, preferably Group Life Insurance or employee benefits.
• Strong knowledge of group insurance administration, billing, renewals, and underwriting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee assigned in-force Group Life Insurance accounts, including Essentials, MBTC campaigns, major broker, and complex/jumbo accounts.
• Maintain and oversee documentation requirements for all Employee Benefits accounts, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and proper record keeping.
• Screen and monitor new business requirements to ensure completeness and readiness for policy installation.
• Perform World-Check screening as part of Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) requirements and ensure applicable compliance requirements are addressed.
• Perform manual screening of individual underwriting applications for immediate processing and manage billing transactions for new business and assigned accounts (Selected Accounts).
• Coordinate and process underwriting transactions requiring special handling, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate stakeholder coordination.
• Conduct client meetings for billing reconciliation through various communication channels and coordinate resolution of billing discrepancies.
• Monitor incomplete minimum requirements for new business installation and coordinate completion prior to installation.
• Coordinate and release initial billing for newly installed accounts in accordance with established procedures and service timelines.
• Prepare and coordinate BPO requirements for new Group Accounts to support accurate and timely processing.
• Coordinate new business installation and billing activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Print, review, and release billing documents for delivery in accordance with established billing procedures.
• Prepare Group Policy Contracts for new business and renewal accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of required documentation.
• Print and release Group Policy Contracts for delivery upon completion of required processing and approvals.
• Monitor and follow up on AMLA requirements to ensure timely submission and compliance with applicable procedures.
• Ensure compliance with clients’ monthly reporting requirements and agreed service commitments.
• Handle client and stakeholder queries and reconciliation concerns through Jabber, Viber, and other approved communication channels.
• Manage three Outlook mailboxes, ensuring timely monitoring, proper routing, follow-up, and resolution of account-related requests.
• Ensure account administration, underwriting, billing, documentation, and compliance activities are completed accurately and in accordance with company policies and established service standards.
