Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Group Finance Executive to lead strategic financial planning and governance for a diversified group with interests in food and beverage, restaurant operations, and retail. The role reports to the executive leadership and Board, guiding capital allocation, performance management, and transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in senior finance roles, with CPA and experience across multi-site groups.

Qualifications

Experience as CFO or senior finance executive overseeing multiple companies or brands.
15+ years in finance, accounting, and corporate leadership.
Background in FMCG, food service, QSR, retail, or diversified groups.
CPA preferred; MBA or finance masters are an advantage.
Strong governance, FP&A, capital allocation, and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the group's five-year financial and growth strategy.
Provide strategic FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term modeling guidance.
Oversee governance, internal controls, audits, and regulatory compliance.
Lead the finance organization across restaurant, retail, and shared services.
Drive ERP implementation and finance transformation initiatives (SAP).
Optimize EBITDA, cash flow, margins, and working capital across entities.
