Job summary

PM Consulting seeks a Finance Director to provide strategic and operational leadership across the Group, guiding financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and performance management. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Financial Management, or a related business discipline.
• CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive finance experience with exposure to planning, analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and financial planning across the Group.
• Oversee budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-range financial plans.
• Partner with hospital and operational leaders to develop data-driven financial plans and targets.
• Provide financial insights to Group CFO and senior leadership on performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support expansion, integration, and governance for new hospitals and businesses.
• Lead finance teams, establish objectives, and foster a culture of accountability and partnership.
