Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Finance Executive (Director to VP level) to lead the organization’s financial strategy and governance. The role oversees budgeting, forecasting, and performance management, partnering with senior leadership to support strategic decisions and ensure financial health.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive senior finance leadership experience, strong planning and analysis capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering results through large finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or CPA-related certifications preferred.
• Extensive senior finance leadership experience (Director/VP level).
• Strong FP&A, corporate finance, and governance knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead large finance teams and complex operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the company’s financial strategy.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Provide financial insights to support executive decision-making.
• Oversee accounting, treasury, and reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and audit requirements.
