Qualifications

• Based in General Santos City or willing to relocate.
• Willing to work graveyard shifts with occasional morning tasks.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Must know how to drive.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize the executive's daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
• Communicate with clients, management, and vendors.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Ensure smooth coordination of scheduled meetings.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support.
• Assist with occasional personal errands, such as bill payments and school pickups.
• Support business operations alongside the executive.
