MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer for the Networks marketing team. Hybrid work setup in Eastwood, Quezon City, with day shifts. The role crafts high-quality visuals for digital and print, aligning with brand guidelines and campaign goals.

You will collaborate across internal teams, create on-brand creative, and contribute to design processes while staying current with design trends and tools to keep the company’s creative work fresh and competitive.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio
• Experience developing EDM content, including customer journeys and product highlights
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom)
• Experience producing materials across print, packaging, and online channels
• Competent with project management tools such as Monday.com

Your Role

The Graphic Designer uses creative design skills to visually communicate ideas that engage the market and support business objectives. This role produces high-quality visual content for the Specialist Groups' businesses and private label brands, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign goals. Working as part of the Networks Marketing team, the Graphic Designer collaborates with internal stakeholders to deliver effective, on-brand creative across digital and print channels. The role contributes to improving design processes and outputs while staying informed about evolving design trends, tools, and technologies to keep Bapcor's creative work fresh, relevant, and competitive.

Key Accountabilities

Health & Safety

Creative & Production

• Apply brand assets and guidelines consistently across all materials, supporting the Marketing Team in delivering engaging and on-brand creative.
• Design, update, and refine templates and marketing assets, including resizing visuals, adjusting layouts, and suggesting improvements where appropriate.
• Prepare artwork for print and digital channels, ensuring accuracy and quality across formats.
• Support the creation of EDM content, including promotional campaigns and product highlights.
• Adapt approved content into brochures, feature sheets, advertisements, banner ads, social media graphics, and other marketing deliverables.
• Create visually engaging designs, imagery, and icons that clearly communicate key messages.
• Contribute creative support for events, campaigns, social media, and advertising activities.
• Collaborate with agencies, printers, other designers, and marketing team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Work with product and brand teams to develop creative assets for new product launches and ongoing promotions.

Systems & Processes

• Follow established processes set by the Head of Marketing and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Use project management tools such as Monday.com to track and manage design tasks.
• Participate in marketing and campaign planning activities as required.
• Ensure all artwork aligns with corporate style guidelines and reflects brand identity, values, and tone.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Organize and file artwork on the relevant server according to guidelines provided by the Marketing team.
• Deliver high-quality creative outputs on schedule and in line with project requirements.

Top 5 Non-Negotiable / Priority Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a graphic design role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality creative outputs.
• Experience developing EDM content, including customer journeys, standalone promotions, and product range highlights.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to:
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• InDesign
• Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• Lightroom
• Competent experience with project management tools, such as Monday.com.
• Demonstrated experience producing creative materials across print, packaging, and online/social channels.

Additional Requirements / Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines and successfully create a variety of engaging creative assets.
• Experience supporting events through the development of collateral, stand designs, and other visual merchandising assets.
• Content Management System (CMS) experience is desirable but not essential.
• Experience supporting merchandising activities, including planogram creation, to enhance product visibility and retail presentation.
• Experience using AI image generation and creative tools to develop content is desirable but not essential.
