Job summary

DL Public Relations in Makati City, Metro Manila, is seeking a Compliance Officer for a full-time role to ensure our operations align with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. You will update procedures, coordinate compliance efforts, provide corrective actions for findings, and assist with government submittals and inspections.

The role demands strong written and verbal communication, the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and collaborate with government agencies

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in legal compliance.
• Experience liaising with government agencies and law firms is a plus.
• Experience dealing with government inspections is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Able to multitask, manage documents, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

As the Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our company's operations adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

• Ensuring that all corporate processes and procedures comply with the law

• keeping up to date with changes in regulations to ensure the organization remain compliant
• Responsible for ensuring that the organization adheres to government regulations
• Assist liaisons on their daily tasks and government submittals, ensuring the completeness of documents for various government applications
• Monitors all operational processes and procedures (LGU, BIR, SEC etc.)

What we're looking for

• At least 1-year experience in legal compliance
• With connections in different government agencies and law firms ia a plus
• Any related experience in dealing with government officer for any inspection is a plus
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to multi-task, manage documents and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work under pressure with less supervision
