Job summary

OffShore CAD and Management, Inc. is seeking a staff member to support government-related reporting and administrative procedures for Japanese clients in the Philippines. No expert knowledge required at start; training will be provided by our team.

Qualifications

• Experience with government-related paperwork or administrative work preferred.
• Familiarity with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, or city government procedures is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and develop knowledge in government processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG (HDMF) reporting for our clients.
• Assist with Alien Employment Permit (AEP) applications for Japanese employees.
• Assist with various applications, filings, and transactions with government agencies and other institutions, including City Hall, BIR, SEC, and banks.
• Communicate with clients through chat and provide clear and accurate updates regarding their cases.
• Properly record, organize, and save documents and information related to each transaction.
• Use correct terminology and maintain professional documentation.
• Coordinate with other team members to complete client requests accurately and on time.
