Job summary

Techdynamics OPC is seeking a procurement and bid specialist to develop expertise across products, maintain client databases, and pursue opportunities through events and government portals. You will drive bid submissions, ensure compliance with RA 9184, and collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams.

Fieldwork nationwide is required. The role demands strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, with a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in bidding or project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Fluent in English and Tagalog.
• Minimum of 3 years of bidding or project management experience.
• Knowledge of PhilGEPS (Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and bidding/contract management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop an in-depth understanding of all products and services and deliver impactful product demonstrations.
• Maintain and update a comprehensive client database.
• Attend industry events, trade exhibitions, conferences, and government procurement meetings to build brand awareness and identify opportunities.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and assigned tasks.
• Monitor competitor activities and government procurement portals for bidding opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine procurement laws throughout the bidding process (e.g., RA 9184).
• Lead preparation and timely submission of documents for pre-bid, final bid, and post-qualifications.
• Conduct field jobs such as client visits and on-site assessments.
• Negotiate contract terms to secure favorable outcomes and manage contract performance.
