Job summary

IKEA Philippines is seeking an Associate in Goods Flow to support the logistics process in-store, reporting to the Goods Flow Team Manager. You will use IKEA systems and equipment to ensure the highest product availability for customers while maintaining data integrity.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of warehouse/logistics experience, forklift operation as a plus, and strong attention to detail, time management, adaptability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Warehouse/Logistics operations, preferably in retail.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to learn quickly and ask questions when unclear.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks.
• Able to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform Goods Flow tasks in assigned area using IKEA systems and equipment to maximize stock accuracy and product availability.
• Contribute to an optimized daily goods flow operation in a lean, simple, and cost-conscious way.
• Support the Goods Flow Team goals and participate in goal setting.
• Follow IKEA health, safety, and security guidelines to prevent incidents.
