• Good attention to detail to achieve accuracy in all tasks.
• Quick learner who asks questions when unclear.
• Flexible in daily tasks and able to adapt to change.
• Enjoys teamwork but can work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform Goods Flow operation tasks in assigned area using IKEA systems and equipment to maximize stock accuracy and product availability.
• Contribute to an optimized daily goods flow operation in lean, simple, cost-conscious ways.
• Support the Goods Flow Team goals and participate in team goal-setting.
• Comply with IKEA health, safety, and security guidelines and assist in preventing incidents.
