Job summary

IKHEA LIGHTINGS, INC. is seeking an Associate in Goods Flow reporting to the Goods Flow Team Manager. You will assist in completing logistics processes, utilizing IKEA systems and equipment to ensure high product availability and stock accuracy in-store.

The role requires 1–2 years’ experience in Warehouse/Logistics, plus forklift certification (or related skills). You will work in a team, maintain data integrity, and adapt to lean, cost-conscious processes while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform Goods Flow tasks in assigned area using IKEA systems and equipment to maximize stock accuracy and product availability.
• Contribute to optimized daily goods flow operations in a lean, cost-conscious way.
• Support the Goods Flow Team goals and participate in goal-setting with the team.
• Comply with health, safety, and security guidelines and assist colleagues to prevent incidents.
