Qualifications

• Interest in home furnishing and IKEA product range.
• Forklift certification or relevant forklift skills.
• 1–2 years in Warehouse/Logistics operations, preferably in retail.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and deliver according to expectations.
• Good attention to details to achieve accuracy in all tasks.
• Fast learner and able to ask questions when unclear.
• Flexible in daily tasks and open to new ideas and changes; works well in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform Goods Flow operation tasks in assigned area using IKEA systems and equipment to maximize stock accuracy and product availability for customers.
• Contribute to an optimized daily goods flow operation by maintaining lean, simple, and cost-conscious processes.
• Support the Goods Flow Team goals and participate in team goal-setting activities.
• Comply with IKEA health, safety, and security guidelines and assist colleagues in preventing incidents.
