EMERS Philippines is seeking a driven Golf Sales Manager in Makati to lead the Golf portfolio, expand market reach, and strengthen relationships with key accounts. The candidate should have 3–5 years in sales/account management within consumer electronics, sports tech, or golf-related products, and must be willing to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales or account management experience.
• Strong knowledge of golf industry and product landscape.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales strategy specific to the Golf portfolio.
• Set quarterly and annual sales targets and monitor performance against goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and golf course managers.
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new accounts.
• Expand retail presence through brick-and-mortar stores, e-commerce, and specialty golf outlets.
• Collaborate with marketing to support channel-specific promotions and initiatives.
• Lead and mentor junior sales staff or field reps in achieving territory goals.
• Serve as the in-house expert on Golf products.
• Provide training and sales support to partners and internal teams.
• Track sales metrics and prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports.
