Job summary

VA Masters is seeking a GoHighLevel Specialist to manage communications, automations, and funnels for a faith-based organization and its ventures. You will build workflows, refine funnels, route inquiries, and oversee audience and member communications across email, SMS, and social platforms.

The right candidate will be hands-on with GoHighLevel, capable of executing without heavy supervision, and able to collaborate with a small team and founder to scale systems.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in GoHighLevel — workflows, funnels, automations, and CRM management.
• Hands-on time building and managing marketing and communication funnels.
• Strong email and SMS marketing automation experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; able to handle phone-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine automations, workflows, and pipelines in GoHighLevel.
• Design funnels to route inquiries down the right paths.
• Manage audience and member communications across email, SMS, social media.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and inquiries professionally.
• Migrate CRM data into GoHighLevel from other platforms.
• Coordinate with staff to keep workflows aligned.
• Support online channels and content including YouTube.
• Set up and manage chatbots and automated responses.
• Track funnel performance and propose improvements.

The right person is a hands-on GoHighLevel expert who can both execute and lift systems with little supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, look after, and sharpen automations, workflows, and pipelines in GoHighLevel
• Draw up and refine communication and sales funnels that route inquiries down the right pathways
• Look after audience and member communication across email, SMS, and social media platforms
• Take inbound and outbound phone calls and answer inquiries professionally
• Pull together and migrate communications and CRM data into GoHighLevel from other platforms
• Coordinate with internal staff and assistants so communication workflows stay aligned
• Back online channels and content, YouTube included
• Set up and keep chatbots and automated responses
• Track communication and funnel performance and put forward improvements

Mandatory Skills:
