The role requires hands-on GoHighLevel expertise, the ability to execute with minimal supervision, and a proactive approach to strengthening systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on time building and maintaining marketing and communication funnels.

Responsibilities

• Build, look after, and refine automations, workflows, and pipelines in GoHighLevel.
• Design and sharpen communication and sales funnels that route inquiries down the right pathways.
• Look after audience and member communication across email, SMS, and social media platforms.
• Take inbound and outbound phone calls and answer inquiries professionally.
• Migrate communications and CRM data into GoHighLevel from other platforms.
• Coordinate with internal staff so workflows stay aligned.
• Back online channels and content, YouTube included.
• Set up and manage chatbots and automated responses.
• Track funnel performance and propose improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Look after audience and member communication across email, SMS, and social media platforms

• Take inbound and outbound phone calls and answer inquiries professionally

• Pull together and migrate communications and CRM data into GoHighLevel from other platforms

• Coordinate with internal staff and assistants so communication workflows stay aligned

• Back online channels and content, YouTube included

• Set up and hold chatbots and automated responses

• Track communication and funnel performance and put forward improvements
