Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a GoHighLevel expert to own our CRM ecosystem end-to-end in Cebu City, Philippines. This high-visibility role shapes how we manage leads, automate client communications, and run sales/marketing operations.

You will design automations, manage pipelines, funnels, calendars, forms, and integrations (Zapier, Stripe, Google, Meta), document workflows, and train the team to adopt best practices. Strong independent work ethic and agency experience are valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on GoHighLevel experience; 5+ years strongly preferred.
• Expert-level knowledge of GHL: workflows, automations, pipelines, funnels, and integrations.
• Extremely organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of systems.
• Marketing agency experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the GoHighLevel CRM end-to-end: pipelines, contacts, data integrity.
• Design, build, and optimize automation workflows and follow-up cadences.
• Set up and manage calendars, forms, triggers, and campaigns.
• Configure email/SMS marketing sequences, including drip campaigns and broadcasts.
• Build and customize funnels, landing pages, and snapshots.
• Integrate third-party tools (Zapier, Stripe, Google, Meta, etc.).
• Set up reputation management and review-generation systems.
• Troubleshoot technical and workflow issues quickly.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and KPIs.
• Document all systems and workflows clearly (Loom walkthroughs, written SOPs) so they can be understood, managed, and handed off internally.
• Train and support internal team members on GHL best practices.
