Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Workforce Specialist in the Philippines to support Real-Time Adherence and scheduling, maintaining accurate schedules and monitoring staffing levels to meet business and client needs. You will partner with GSO and leadership to deliver proactive workforce support that drives efficiency and exceeds expectations.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience in a Shared Services Center, and the ability to work in a 24x7 environment, with proficiency

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ hands-on experience in real-time monitoring and scheduling in a multinational setting.
• Experience with workforce forecasting and capacity planning is a plus.
• Experience in Shared Services Center environment and 24x7 shifts is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct real-time monitoring of workload, queue performance, and scheduling adherence.
• Track intraday performance and identify risks related to coverage and capacity.
• Coordinate schedule adjustments, breaks, overtime, and time-off to meet business needs.
• Maintain accurate workforce data, rosters, and operational trackers.
• Provide timely updates and recommendations to stakeholders on staffing gaps and trends.
• Analyze historical data to improve scheduling efficiency and resource utilization.
