Job summary

ING is seeking a Workforce Management Expert to shape forecasting and capacity planning across its global CDD operations. You will develop models, analyze workload, and collaborate with Retail countries and ING Hubs to enable informed business decisions and scalable workforce management.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement to deliver efficient, customer-focused service across geographies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in complex high-volume operations (e.g., KYC/ Mortgage).
• Proven forecasting, workforce planning, and capacity management skills.
• Strong data-to-insight translation and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve forecasting and capacity models.
• Analyze workload, touch times, capacity needs, and performance trends.
• Recommend work prioritization and allocation based on business needs and risks.
• Support end-to-end flow management for due diligence processes.
• Facilitate forecast discussions to aid operational decisions.
• Collaborate with front office, operations, and stakeholders for inputs.
• Support distribution strategies across teams and locations.
• Deliver data insights and reporting for strategic planning.
