Job summary

ING is seeking a Workforce Management Expert to design and execute forecasting and capacity planning for its global CDD operations. You will build models, analyze workloads, and advise on prioritization and allocation across multiple countries and hubs.

You will collaborate with Retail and Hub teams, drive data-driven decision making, and support the efficiency of onboarding, reviews, and event-driven processes while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field required.
• 5+ years in a complex operational environment (KYC, Mortgages or similar).
• Forecasting, workforce planning and capacity management experience.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with data-driven insights.
• Experience with SQL, SAS, Cognos, Python, Think-cell and advanced Excel/VBA.
• Excellent English communication and cross-country collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and improve forecasting and capacity planning models.
• Analyze workload, capacity requirements and performance trends.
• Provide recommendations on work prioritization and timing.
• Support end-to-end flow management for due diligence processes.
• Facilitate forecast discussions to aid operational decisions.
• Collaborate with front office, operations and stakeholders for inputs.
• Support work distribution across teams, locations and geographies.
• Deliver data analysis and reporting for strategic planning and forecasting.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and drive performance targets.
• Lead continuous improvement with fact-based decision making.
