Job summary

ING is seeking a Workforce Management Expert to design, implement, and execute workforce management practices across its global CDD operations. You will develop forecasting and capacity planning models, modeling demand across Retail countries and ING Hubs, to support onboarding, reviews, and event-driven actions.

You will use data and predictive insights to optimize work allocation and inform strategic decisions, partnering with diverse teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; 5+ years in a complex operational environment (KYC, Mortgages, or similar).
• Proven forecasting, workforce planning and capacity management experience.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills; translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with SQL, SAS, Cognos, Python, Think-cell, and advanced Excel/VBA.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve forecasting and capacity planning models.
• Analyse workload, touch times, capacity requirements, and performance trends.
• Provide recommendations on work prioritisation, allocation, and timing based on business needs.
• Support end-to-end flow management for customer due diligence processes.
• Prepare and facilitate forecast discussions for operational decisions.
• Collaborate with front office, operations, and stakeholders to gather inputs.
