Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services in the Philippines is seeking a Manager for Workforce Software within the People Consulting (PC) team. The role focuses on leading engagements across time & attendance, scheduling, and integrations, leveraging Workforce Software tools to drive client value.

The candidate should have extensive consulting experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage cross-geography projects while delivering high-quality solutions in complex environments.

Qualifications

• 12-16 years of experience.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Workforce Software (Time & Attendance, Job Scheduling, Integrations, ACT, Reports, etc.).
• Workforce Software Certifications: PT101 – Fundamentals, PT102 – T&A Configuration, PT103 – Workforce Integrations, PT120/125 – Database & Reports, PT141 – Job Scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to growth and deliver on project engagements.
• Lead and facilitate client sessions and knowledge sharing.
• Design solutions to meet business requirements and guide delivery teams.
• Act as Engagement Manager, Application Architect, or Consultant as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards and maintain strong client relationships.
