The ideal candidate has 12–16 years in Workforce Software, holds relevant certifications, and demonstrates strong stakeholder management, analytical skills, and cross‑cultural collaboration. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 12–16 years of experience in Workforce Software.
• 8–10 years of experience in Workforce Software modules.
• Workforce Software Certifications: PT101 and PT102 mandatory.
• Proven consulting experience on global client projects.
• Experience in team management; guidance on payroll processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Client-focused mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on project engagements and lead client working sessions.
• Lead full life cycle activities for Workforce Software projects.
• Advise delivery teams during Build and Test activities.
• Ensure compliance with regional policies and organizational standards.
