EY’s Global Delivery Services (GDS) – People Consulting (PC) – Work Force Management (WFM) Dayforce Senior Consultant role is a challenging, client-facing position within a global professional services network. You will lead time management, attendance, scheduling, payroll-related activities and drive process optimization across multinational client projects in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• 6 - 9 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 4 years in Workforce management (Time, Attendance, Scheduling) and Payroll consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in a consulting environment on global client projects.

Responsibilities

• Decision-making, process optimization, resource management and team oversight for task execution.
• Allocate personnel, supervise teams, assign tasks and ensure tools and support.
• Support client projects using knowledge of Time Management, Attendance, Leave Management and Scheduling.
• Work on client projects as part of a global distributed team with quality and timeliness.
• Be a subject matter expert in one or more Workforce management areas.
