Qualifications

• Visa processing knowledge and documentation review skills.
• Experience coordinating with migration agents or clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review and validate candidate documentation for visa lodgement.
• Prepare and assemble documentation for Subclass 482 nomination and visa applications.
• Ensure all documents meet DHA requirements and internal standards.
• Identify gaps and risks in documentation before submission.
• Maintain audit-ready records for compliance reviews.
• Coordinate with migration agents, Australian clients, and internal teams.
• Guide candidates through visa processes, timelines and expectations.
• Support relocation logistics including flights and initial accommodation.
• Monitor milestones and drive progress to avoid delays.
