MicroSourcing is hiring a Credentialing and Compliance Specialist in Clark, Pampanga for a hybrid, day-shift role. You will manage visa-related documentation, ensure DHA-aligned compliance, coordinate with migration agents and clients, and guide candidates through timelines and expectations.

Qualifications

• Collecting, reviewing and validating candidate documentation to ensure completeness prior to visa lodgement.
• Preparing and compiling documentation for Subclass 482 nomination and visa applications.
• Ensuring documentation aligns with DHA requirements and internal compliance standards.
• Proactively identifying and resolving documentation gaps or risks prior to submission.
• Maintaining audit-ready records across candidate files for reviews.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between migration agents, Australian clients and internal recruitment teams.
• Track application progress with agents, elevate issues, ensure timely submissions.
• Support client reporting with candidate and visa updates for meetings.
• Attend client meetings to provide visa insights and pipeline visibility.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns.
• Provide guidance to candidates on visa processes, timelines and expectations.
• Manage high volumes of candidates across multiple campaigns and stages.
