Job summary

MicroSourcing, a leading offshore provider in the Philippines, is hiring an International Mobilisation & Visa Co-ordinator in Manila. This hybrid, day-shift role supports visa processing, candidate management, and stakeholder liaison across migration agents, clients and internal teams.

You will ensure audit-ready records, align documentation with DHA requirements, and drive end-to-end mobilization and reporting for multiple campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating visa processing and documentation for international assignments.
• Ability to identify gaps and ensure audit-ready records across candidate files.
• Strong coordination between migration agents, clients and internal teams to support on-time visa milestones.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate visa processing and compliance for candidate documentation.
• Act as primary point of contact between migration agents, Australian clients, and internal recruitment teams.
• Provide guidance to candidates on visa timelines and requirements; manage high volumes across campaigns.
• Coordinate requirements including health assessments, skills assessments and language testing.
• Maintain visa and candidate status reports; support workforce planning and client forecasting.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements to increase efficiency and throughput.
