Job summary

Manpower (Philippines) is seeking a Senior Treasury & Finance Transformation Analyst to drive the global implementation of cross-functional finance transformation initiatives within Global Services. You will partner with Project SigniFi and TMS Programs to ensure end-to-end seamless accounting for Treasury processes following the global template, focusing on cash, currency hedging, and intercompany areas.

The role requires 4-6 years in finance with expertise in treasury operations,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Data Analytics.
4-6 years in finance, including process design and large-scale transformation programs.
Experience with treasury operations, cash/bank reconciliations, and hedging.

Responsibilities

Lead conversion execution, master data load/validation, reconciliations, and fit/gap analyses across deployment roadmap.
Execute testing across BST, UAT, Cutover, Defect Resolution; collaborate with Global MDM for clean E2E master data.
Serve as a super user to lead training, drive process adoption, and support legacy teams during peak periods.
Conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective action plans, and manage cross-program interdependencies.
