Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Treasury Operations Senior Specialist in Metro Manila to drive essential treasury activities, streamline processes, and reduce costs. You will coordinate with the Global Treasury and FP&A teams, manage cash positions, and support bank data governance across multiple markets.

You will collaborate with auditors, banks, and IT to implement controls and support ongoing treasury initiatives, ensuring liquidity and efficient payments globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• 5 years of relevant treasury experience.
• Experience with SAP/S4 Hana (TRM) preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office; Power BI a plus.
• Strong communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Centralize bank system usage and act as global bank administrator.
• Support data governance for bank master data.
• Contribute to local cash disposition and liquidity management.
• Execute treasury transfers to minimize overdraft costs.
• Coordinate with Global Treasury on funding cash pools.
• Prepare monthly cash position reporting for all entities.
• Process FX transactions for operational payments.
• Assist Treasury Accounting queries for NA and Germany.
• End-to-end processing for Inhouse Bank and netting engine.
• Handle payments for all markets including tax and supplier payments.
• Assist in designing BCP and transformation projects.
• Contribute to global fraud prevention program.
• Support treasury analysis for data-driven decisions.
