Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in an international or travel-related contact center.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook, with CRM tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls from EY travellers and provide assistance.
• Determine traveller needs, research issues, and offer solutions within scope.
• Follow established call handling procedures and scripts.
• Manage calls, chats, and emails across channels efficiently.
• Learn EY technologies, policies, and country procedures.
• Document interactions and update logs in tracking systems.
• Suggest process improvements based on observations and experience.
• Escalate complex queries to supervisors when needed.
• Support travel bookings, hotel rate checks, and airline quotes comparison.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders globally on projects.
