Outsourced Global Staff is seeking a Travel Executive (office-based) in the Philippines to deliver responsive travel and membership support to company and partner-brand customers across North America and Australia/New Zealand. The role combines member service, travel sales, booking fulfilment, supplier liaison and emergency assistance.

You will work with the UK Membership Services Manager, handling enquiries from first contact to resolution, ensuring accurate advice and clear communication

Qualifications

• At least two years' experience in a travel agency/travel operations/customer-service environment.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience with CRM, helpdesk, live-chat and travel booking systems.

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly and professionally to member enquiries by telephone, email, live chat and other approved channels.
• Support members with account access, membership benefits, booking questions, payments and general use of the travel platform.
• Take ownership of each enquiry, provide regular updates and follow it through to a satisfactory resolution.
• Record all interactions, actions and outcomes accurately in the relevant systems.
• Escalate vulnerable customers or complex cases promptly per procedures.
