Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, accounting or related field.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification in Finance or Operations preferred.
• 8–15 years in Finance Operations, Shared Services or GBS/GCC.
• Minimum 5 years supporting SAP Concur.
• Experience leading teams and managing service delivery.
• Exposure to multi-regional stakeholders and global processes.
• Strong Excel skills and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Travel & Expense operations with global policy compliance.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Govern data, performance reporting and issue resolution.
• Manage escalations and complex operational issues to closure.
• Drive process simplification, standardization and automation.
• Collaborate with IT, Digital and Product on SAP Concur improvements.
• Support new policies, system enhancements and global transitions.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs and control frameworks.
• Build relationships with regional and global stakeholders.
