Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Transition Manager to lead end-to-end migrations within Crawford’s global operations into the GBSC. The role emphasizes governance, readiness, and value delivery through a structured transition lifecycle.

You will partner with business sponsors, finance, and PMO teams to ensure smooth knowledge transfer, go-live, and BAU handover while driving continuous improvement and automation opportunities across onshore and GBSC stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; a postgraduate qualification is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years in BPO/Shared Services/GBS environments.
• Minimum of 5 years in transition or migration management.
• Proven experience managing multi-workstream programs and PMO governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead transitions end-to-end from opportunity assessment through go-live and BAU handover.
• Chair steering committees and transition working groups; ensure sign-offs prior to go-live.
• Develop and maintain the transition plan, RAID log, and dashboards.
• Oversee knowledge transfer, readiness validation, and benefits realization tracking.
• Drive change management and stakeholder engagement across onshore and offshore teams.
