Job summary

EXL Service Philippines, Inc. is seeking a transitions and project management professional to lead end-to-end business process transitions, project implementations, and transformation initiatives across global operations.

The incumbent will manage multiple workstreams, drive governance, mitigate risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Transitions, Migration, Transformation, or Shared Services environments.
• Experience managing end-to-end process migrations and operational transitions.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• BPO, Shared Services, Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or Financial Services industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transitions of business processes, services, and operations.
• Develop detailed transition plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and tollgates.
• Conduct transition readiness assessments and support offshore feasibility evaluations.
• Manage knowledge transfer activities, process documentation, and service readiness requirements.
• Ensure successful go-live and stabilization of transitioned processes.
• Drive transition governance through regular stakeholder reviews and status reporting.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation through closure.
• Develop project charters, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and communication plans.
• Monitor project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID).
• Ensure delivery within agreed scope, timeline, quality, and budget targets.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive stakeholder reviews.
• Track project performance metrics and provide executive-level reporting.

The Transitions / Project Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end business process transitions, project implementations, and transformation initiatives across global operations. This role ensures seamless migration of processes, people, technology, and knowledge from client or onshore locations to delivery centers while maintaining quality, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder satisfaction.

The incumbent will manage multiple workstreams, drive governance, mitigate risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and operational readiness. The role requires strong project management expertise, change management capability, and experience working in a complex global delivery environment

Key Responsibilities
