Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead global transition programs within the GBS organization. You will drive multi-country, multi-workstream initiatives, govern programs, manage budgets, and partner with senior leaders to ensure successful transitions to offshore, nearshore, or provider sites.

The role emphasizes strong governance, stakeholder management, and execution in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, delivering scalable improvements across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of program/ project management experience in BPO/SSC/GBS environments.
• Proven multi-country, multi-functional transition experience.
• Strong governance frameworks and PM tools knowledge.
• Certification (PMP/PgMP/MSP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, multi-workstream transition programs with governance and budget adherence.
• Establish governance structures, steering committees, and reporting standards.
• Execute transitions per best-practice methodologies and manage risks.
• Develop transition roadmaps aligned with enterprise strategy and business priorities.
• Engage with executive sponsors and regional stakeholders to secure buy-in and adoption.
