Job summary

UNOPS in the Philippines seeks a Senior Project Manager (Transactional) to oversee delivery of services such as HR, procurement, grants, and related transactions. You will coordinate with donors, partners and beneficiaries to ensure outputs meet time, cost, scope and quality targets, acting on behalf of the Project Board.

The role emphasizes risk management, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring compliance with UNOPS standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 9 years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree (or equivalent) with 7 years of relevant experience.
• Global certification in project management (PRINCE2, PMI) is desirable.
• Experience in HR, finance, grants, procurement or related areas.
• Experience in project coordination and operations management.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and oversight of projects providing transactional services.
• Develop and implement project plans with milestones and baselines.
• Embed sustainability, social, gender, environmental and economic aspects.
• Ensure outputs meet quality, time, cost and scope tolerances.
• Coordinate with donors, partners and beneficiaries and manage reporting.
