Job summary

UNOPS in the Philippines seeks a Project Manager (Transactional) to oversee delivery of HR, procurement and grants services for partners. You will coordinate with donors and beneficiaries, ensure outputs meet time, cost, scope and quality targets, and drive risk mitigation and governance across the project lifecycle.

The role requires managing a project team, ensuring compliance with UNOPS standards, and embedding sustainability and ethical practices in project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 5+ years of PM experience.
• Experience in HR processes, financial management, grants or procurement.
• Experience coordinating operations and quality standards.
• Desirable UN/multicultural or development context exposure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update the project implementation plan.
• Manage delivery of outputs within time, cost, scope, quality.
• Coordinate with donors, partners and beneficiaries.
• Ensure compliance with UNOPS standards and governance.
