Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking a Business Controller – Global Technology to join the Global Finance team. You will prepare high‑quality management information for Finance & Risk, Retail Banking & Technology, and the CISO, supporting a technology cost base of about €300 million.

You will ensure reliable financial data, strong controls, and clear insights for decisions in a fast-paced, international environment, with opportunities to collaborate across locations and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
CPA/CMA/CFA or master's degree is an advantage.
Strong business acumen in Global Technology & IT cost control.
Experience in a complex global matrix org; banking/tech knowledge helps.

Responsibilities

Review actuals and validate the month-end close.
Deliver management reporting with commentary on performance, variances and risks.
Provide financial insights to Finance and Global Technology stakeholders.
Own recurring and ad hoc financial control deliverables; ensure audit-ready data.
Identify risks, data issues, control gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Support SOX reporting with accurate, timely data.
Execute budget transfers between entities.
Forecast and monthly reporting for designated Tech F&R-Finance area.
