Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking a Financial Controller – Global Infrastructure to lead financial close, cost control, and reporting for global infrastructure. You will ensure complete, accurate, timely financial information and maintain a strong control environment across multiple cost areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Admin.
• CPA, CMA or a relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• 5–7 years experience in financial controlling, accounting, or planning and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Validate actuals and month-end close for assigned Global Infrastructure cost areas.
• Prepare and review reports on infrastructure costs, FTEs, accruals, prepayments, capitalization, and amortization.
• Execute and reconcile charging, cost allocations, recharges, and cross-functional budget transfers.
• Analyze variances and resolve unreconciled balances and data issues; provide commentary on performance and forecast impact.
• Support forecasting and Dynamic Planning by validating baselines, cost drivers, and changes.
• Maintain control over infrastructure operating costs, investments, and documentation.
• Execute and evidence internal controls; support SOX and audit requirements.
• Monitor data quality; resolve mapping, hierarchy, interface, and master-data issues.
• Collaborate with Finance, Infrastructure, CTO, service management, procurement, and accounting teams.
• Document procedures to simplify and automate recurring close and reporting activities.
