The technical recruiter will strategize and execute sourcing and hiring of technology professionals, collaborate with HR and IT team leaders, create job descriptions, post openings, source candidates, and manage applications from passives to active

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment process and platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
• Technical understanding of tech roles and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition or IT Team Leaders to determine needs and roles to fill.
• Coordinate with team leaders to forecast business, department goals, and hiring needs.
• Recommend creative strategies to attract talents from across the country.
• Create job descriptions and post openings to relevant job posting websites (e.g., Jobstreet, Mynimo, LinkedIn, Facebook).
• Source potential candidates through existing and recommended postings and other channels.
• Craft and send personalized recruiting communications with current openings to passive and active candidates.
• Identify appropriate candidates and assess qualifications through resumes, interviews, and communications.
• Maintain contact with candidates to update them on application status.
• Perform background and reference checks.
