Lanex Philippines, Cebu-based, seeks a Business Development Executive to partner with our US sales leader. You will identify opportunities, engage prospects, and advance qualified opportunities through the sales funnel.

You will coordinate with technical teams to prepare proposals and ensure alignment with client needs. You will not be the primary closer but will own opportunity development, nurture early-stage deals, and prepare briefs for executive engagement with the US leader.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, lead generation, or related client-facing roles.
• Experience working with US clients, US-based sales teams, or international business development teams.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience conducting client calls, discovery discussions, or business meetings.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Comfortable coordinating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Pipeline generation and prospect research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
• Outbound business development through email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels.
• Discovery and opportunity qualification with client objectives and requirements.
• Proposal and solution coordination with engineering and delivery teams.
• Opportunity management and sales support through the CRM and approvals.
• Executive handoff and closing support for US-based engagements.
