IBM Consulting is seeking a skilled Talent Sourcing Specialist to drive innovative methods for identifying and engaging top talent for client projects. You will partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to define positions, build candidate pipelines, and ensure compelling selling points across job boards and social media.

This role requires strong Boolean and Google X-ray search techniques, experience with ATS (Greenhouse), excellent written and spoken English, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualificações

• Requires Bachelor’s Degree.
• 4–6 years extensive sourcing experience.
• Market Research/Insights experience.
• Strong Boolean search and X-ray sourcing knowledge.
• 2+ years in a client management role.
• Knowledge of sourcing through various job boards and social media.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.

Responsabilidades

• Develops, influences, and executes sourcing strategy for passive and active candidates.
• Develop relationships with key candidates and large-scale talent pools.
• Engages with Talent Acquisition Partners to understand profiles for role-based sourcing.
• Builds a competitive intelligence knowledge base of functional roles.
• Sources for passive and active candidates from ATS, job boards and other outlets.
• Tracks all sourcing activities in the CRM (Greenhouse) for pipelines and hires.
• Identifies new methods for candidate sourcing and shares skills with the team.
• Conducts outbound calls to potential candidates.
• Drives applicants through sourcing activities to apply for requisitions.
• Provides daily updates to keep team informed of sourcing efforts.
• Assists in other markets/countries as needed.
