Job summary

WebBeds is seeking a Talent & Learning Specialist to support global learning, leadership and talent initiatives. Working with key stakeholders, the role coordinates programmes, administers learning and talent systems, interprets data and feedback, and develops practical solutions that strengthen capability and employee experience.

The role partners with regional teams to deliver learning programmes, manage Workday Learning and Udemy, and drive continuous improvement in talent development across

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent, or Organisational Development.
• Experience delivering or coordinating global learning or talent activities.
• Experience with learning management systems; Workday Learning and Udemy preferred.
• Exposure to performance management, succession planning and development frameworks.
• Strong coordination, planning and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and evaluate global learning and leadership development programmes.
• Contribute to learning pathways, blended solutions, e-learning content and guides.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate capability needs into learning solutions.
• Administer Workday Learning campaigns, paths, catalogues and reporting.
• Coordinate sessions and manage communications and follow-ups for activities.
• Support talent reviews, performance cycles and development planning.
• Maintain trackers, reports and content libraries.
